We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

  • Please note: Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only and do not include original shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

Because we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@try-mediguard.com.

  • Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order is forwarded to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled. Please ensure your details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Eligibility & Proof of Purchase for Returns

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

  2. You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

  3. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at support@try-mediguard.com to receive detailed return instructions and the correct return warehouse address.

Return Shipping & Unclaimed Packages

  • Return Shipping Fees: Our primary fulfillment warehouses are located internationally. Consequently, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Unclaimed Deliveries: If a package is returned to our carrier because it was unclaimed, refused, or because an incorrect address was provided by the customer, MediGuard cannot be held liable.

  • Reshipping Fees: In the event that a package needs to be reshipped due to failure of collection or an incorrect address, a standard reshipping fee of $15.00 USD will apply.

Product Warranty

Our product warranty strictly covers manufacturer defects and faults in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use, accidents, accidental drops, or general wear and tear inflicted by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to return your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@try-mediguard.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once approved, our team will provide you with the designated warehouse address for international returns.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to us.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
