  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team carefully packs your items. Please allow 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days) for your order to be processed, verified, and shipped out.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: After your package leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 business days.

  • Please Note: Due to high demand or unexpected external factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or regional logistics bottlenecks), shipping may occasionally take slightly longer. We make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

2. Factors That May Cause Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain customer-side or environmental factors can affect delivery schedules:

4. Free Shipping Policy & Returns Disclosure

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across the store—no hidden fees, no fine print.

  • Please Note: While shipping is complimentary for you at checkout, we cover the actual logistical costs. In the event of an order return or cancellation after shipment, the actual promotional shipping fees paid by MediGuard to the carrier will be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking Number

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a link so you can track your package's journey every step of the way.

  • Note: It may take 2–4 business days after dispatch for the tracking information to update online. You can also check your order status at any time via the dedicated "Track My Order" page on our Site.
